Instant Visas provides visa information in
good faith which is to the best of our knowledge
correct accurate at any or all times on the
express understanding that the said information
is the interpretation of any or all information
supplied by the respective Embassy/Consulate or
High Commission and that the said information is
liable to change without notice and that Instant
Visas shall not accept responsibility or
liability whatsoever for any changes, errors
and/or omissions in the information.
All work carried out by Instant Visas or
their agents is subject to our standard terms
and conditions below: |

| Instant Visas only accepts instructions upon
the terms and conditions set out below. No
servant or agent of the business is permitted to
vary these terms unless expressly authorised in
writing to do so by the directorate. However any
servant or agent shall have the full benefit of
these terms and conditions. These terms and
conditions govern the provision of all and any
services provided by Instant Visas in respect of
but not limited to the obtaining of visas,
passports and/or documents for their clients and
all orders placed by their clients are made
accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set
out. |

Instant Visas will endeavour,
wherever possible, to process the clients visa,
passport and/or document on the instructions
given and application forms submitted, although
it is the clients express responsibility to
ensure that the validity of the said
visa/passport/document obtained includes and
covers the period of time in which the client
plans to enter and leave the country or
countries that the client is visiting and for
the number of entries to that country and is
valid for the purpose intended. Instant
Visas accept no liability in respect
thereof. |

Instant Visas will use its
best endeavours to process applications for
visas, passports and/or documents at the
client’s request. However, Instant Visas shall
not be held responsible nor accept any liability
for its own actions or those of any consulate,
embassy, passport office or subcontracted
couriers, servants or agents in delaying or not
issuing such applications for any reason
whatsoever, nor shall Instant Visas be held
responsible for expense and /or delay arising
from or in connection with (a) or (b)
or (c). |

Incomplete application
forms. |
|
|
Incorrectly or falsely completed
application forms. |
|
|
Inaccurate or incomplete supporting
documentation. | |

Any expense or cost incurred by the client
due to these delays or non-issuances shall not
be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges
be levied upon Instant Visas. |
|
|
Instant Visas will provide you with
information detailing all visa requirements. The
information is provided for your benefit and to
give your visa the best possible chance of
success, however, provision of all information
requested does not guarantee a visa. The Embassy
will decide whether to grant a visa.
Occasionally the Embassy may request additional
documents or that you should appear in person.
It will be necessary to comply with these
requests and you should, therefore, always allow
sufficient time for your visa to be processed.
We may, at our discretion, accept your
instructions to lodge your documents without all
of the information we have requested, however,
our service charge will apply should the
application be refused. If you instruct us to
lodge in such circumstances, we will give you
our honest opinion of your chances. |

Instant Visas will retain your
application and passport if this is provided in
advance until the correct issue period has been
ascertained. |
|
|
Instant Visas reserves the right to refuse
to accept any application without giving a
reason. | |
| Loss or
Damage |
|
Should a passport, document or other item be
lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed
by any means whatsoever, including by any acts
by subcontracted couriers, servants or agents,
the cost of replacing same and/or any
consequential loss shall be borne by the client
and any contribution to the costs by Instant
Visas shall be entirely at the discretion of the
directorate of Instant Visas. Instant Visas
cannot be made responsible for the cost of
holidays booked but not taken if any of the
following events occur. |

Embassy, Consulate, Passport
Office closure without at least 5 days notice
due to holidays and/or any other
reason. |
|
|
Delays in processing if made
by the Embassy, Consulate, Passport Office due
to administrative delays, visa/passport spelling
and date errors or World Crisis
Situations. |
|
|
Embassy, Consulate and
Passport Offices changing rules and regulations
for whatsoever reason. |
|
|
Major delays in transport, traffic, severe
weather conditions making it impossible to get
to Embassy, Consulate or Passport Office in time
for closure.

|
Tickets for travel should not be purchased
prior to the visa/passport or other document
being issued unless there is a specific
requirement for the acquisition for such visa,
passport or travel document and in such case
open ticket should be obtained. |
