We use a P.O.Box mail service for the purposes of security, efficiency and volume. Royal mail staff know us and will only hand over items to one of our consultants who will have to sign for any documents you send us. Please only use the Royal Mail’s SPECIAL DELIVERY POST service. It is available from any post office in the UK. Special Delivery ensures that the contents of your package are insured and guaranteed to arrive by 1.00pm the next working day. Please note this is not the same as Recorded Delivery.
